Returns
The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product. You must have an RA number or Return Authorization number from JDM Engines before you can return your product. Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package. Any returns arriving to our warehouse with an RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
- Under normal circumstances we ship the same business day on all orders placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time.
- Orders placed after 1pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.
- Out of stock items will be shipped 1 business day after stocking. No price adjustment will be made for the shipping charges as these items will still be shipped according to the method originally requested in the purchase order.
- You will be notified within 1 business day by email if we are unable to complete your order.
